Local potluck trip today and it was crazy fishing. The fish just started biting everything we tossed at them including unbaited hooks. And, the fish were BIG. Finished early with limits for seven so decided to drift for halibut and lingcod and got both! Kept two lingcod and tossed back the short halibut.
