Nice water in the morning as we headed offshore to search for tuna. Found clear water, whales jumping all around, birds and dolphins and all the right signs but no tuna. After trolling most of the morning with no tuna bites decided to switch over to Jurassic Park and it was game on! Our highliner was 14 year-old Alex (a.k.a. One-Shot) from Redwood City with three lingcod and an assortment of BIG rockfish. Came home with five lingcod and a couple dozen canary, yellowtail, brown and red pacific snapper.
