*We’re back from our five-day offsite training (brushing up on bluefin tuna and yellowtail techniques!) and back on the water today.*
On the way out we dropped our crab hoop nets, then continued to the rockcod grounds—and it was *wide-open* from the start. After putting a solid dent in the rockcod, we ran the crab gear, reset it, and headed back out for more action.
Round two on the rockcod was just as good, and we wrapped up with *quality limits of blue rockcod*. After that it was one last pass on the crab strings before pointing MEGA-BITE toward home.
